Grand Theftendo

This has got to be one of the greatest things I have seen in a while.

Grand Theftendo is a recreation of the first portion of Grand Theft Auto III, the Portland area of Liberty City. On an NES. This guy’s smart enough to write his own assembler for the NES, build his own development kit, write tools, and do all the art, yet dumb enough to violate copyright blatantly enough that he inevitably will be threatened with a lawsuit and have all that work be for nothing. Sure to bring cease and desist letters from both Rockstar and Nintendo by the end of next week.
